The broker's background is fifteen years in development — hotels, retail, gas stations, multifamily and apartments, custom and production homes, and raw land.

Recent work includes a 117-acre development in Splendora and projects in Waller. On the largest, a 160-acre development, the team was involved from acquisition through dirt work, infrastructure, and the commercial and residential build — the whole project, not one slice of it.
